(Portland, OR) -- A man is facing charges after allegedly leading police on a wild chase through a southeast Portland neighborhood. Police say officers tried to pull the man over after he was seen swerving on Southeast Powell and then near Kellogg Middle School. Police say the driver took off when officers tried to pull him over, leading to a pursuit that involved two failed pit maneuvers. The man eventually crashed at 66th and Raymond. Police believe drugs or alcohol may have been a factor.
