(Louisville, KY) -- Things may be getting worse for embattled Louisville men's basketball coach Rick Pitino. Multiple reports say he is the unidentified coach in a criminal complaint who played a role in providing money to a recruit. CBS News initially reported Pitino is "Coach-2" in the complaint released earlier this week by the Justice Department. "Coach-2" is referenced nine times in the document, including when a former agent is quoted as saying he had spoken with "Coach-2" about getting additional money for "Player-10's" family. Adidas executive Jim Gatto is accused of conspiring to funnel 100-thousand-dollars from Adidas to the family of recruit Brian Bowen in exchange for his commitment to Louisville. U-of-L has a 160-million-dollar shoe and apparel contract with Adidas.
