(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man is facing two and a half years behind bars for multiple incidents of masturbating in public.  Police arrested 24-year-old William Wimberly in February for following a woman around a baby store while masturbating.  Wimberly had previously been arrested in 2015 for exposing himself to several women on the Southeast side.
