(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police in Vancouver are searching for a man accused of robbing a bank.  Authorities say the suspect entered the Umpqua Bank on Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard yesterday afternoon and handed the teller a note demanding money.  Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
