(Portland, OR)  --  Several Portland bike lanes are sporting a fun new look, courtesy of some creative kids.  The Portland Bureau of Transportation has painted some of the city's bike lanes with designs from Multnomah County students.  The county chose four winning designs from nearly 200 entries.  A bicyclist wearing a jet-pack and a girl riding a singing bicycle are among the winners.
