(Salem, OR)  --  Police say a missing Salem man is doing well after being located near Simpson Park in North Bend.  Police say an officer found Robert Tudorache yesterday afternoon in fair condition.  He was taken to a hospital for evaluation.  He'd been reported missing Saturday morning after he disappeared while making a freight delivery at the Pony Village Ross department store.
