(Portland, OR)  --  One man is lucky to be alive after going into cardiac arrest while running the Portland Marathon.  Authorities say the man collapsed at around mile 15 yesterday near North Wayland Avenue and Willamette Boulevard.  A bystander quickly jumped in and performed CPR until an ambulance arrived.  The runner was taken to a hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
