(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon Zoo is saying goodbye to Thelma the sea otter.  Zoo officials say Thelma died over the weekend at the age of about 19-years-old.  Officials say Thelma had been declining in health in her old age and had to be humanely put down on Saturday.  Thelma came to the zoo in 2000 with her companion Eddie.
