(Salem, OR) -- Police say they've arrested a man in connection to a two-car crash that killed a mother and four children in Salem. Police arrested 27-year-old Favian Garcia on five counts of manslaughter along with DUI and reckless driving. Police say Garcia was driving under the influence when he crashed into Lisette Medrano-Perez's car at Highway 99E and Nevada Street Northeast Sunday, killing her and her four children. Garcia was hospitalized for minor injuries.
