(McMinnville, OR)  --  U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos will be at McMinnville High School tomorrow.  School officials say DeVos requested a visit to the school to learn about its instructional practices.  The school says DeVos will drop in on several classes during her one-hour tour of the campus.
