(Cannon Beach, OR)  --  Two women are safely back home after becoming stranded by the rising tide near Cannon Beach.  Coast Guard officials say an aircrew rescued the women last night from a rock at the Hug Point State Recreation Site.  The women called 9-1-1 after the rising tide left them stuck on the rock.  The Coast Guard is reminding people to be mindful of tidal conditions.
