(White City, OR)  --  A sky diver is dead following a parachute failure in White City.  Police found the man's body in the 6800 block of Antioch Road yesterday afternoon.  Police say witnesses told them the man appeared to have lost control of his parachute as he approached the landing zone and was seen spiraling towards the ground.  Police say they'll release his identity sometime later today.
