(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon is among nearly 20 states suing the Trump administration over the President's plans to cut subsidies that allow low-income people to pay for healthcare.  President Trump said he would dismantle Obamacare "step by step" after the Republican-controlled Congress failed to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act.  Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum has joined attorneys general from 17 other states and the District of Columbia in filing suit in federal court in California late last week.  The states are asking the court to force Trump to make the next payment to health insurance companies.
