(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a teenage boy after he broke into an elementary school.  The incident happened early yesterday morning at Kelly Elementary School.  Police say officers were called to the school around 4 a.m. on reports of a burglary.  Police say the teen tried to flee from officers, but they caught up with him and arrested him.
