(Portland, OR)  --  Police are seeking the public's help in their search for a missing paraplegic man.  Authorities say 38-year-old Brian Duncan was last seen Monday afternoon near the Steel Bridge at Duckworth Dock.  Duncan requires the use of a wheelchair to get around.  He's described as six-feet tall and 190 pounds with brown hair, blue eyes and facial hair.
