(Umatilla, OR)  --  Officials say an explosion caused a small earthquake in Umatilla yesterday.  The U.S. Geological Survey says the one-point-nine-magnitude quake happened around 1:20.  No damage has been reported.  An investigation is under way into what caused the explosion.  Emergency management officials are looking into whether it was caused by work at a nearby quarry.
