(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman.  Police arrested 23-year-old Dominique Gonzales yesterday in north Portland.  Police say the woman was walking home in the rain near Northeast 82nd Avenue and Broadway early yesterday when Gonzales offered her a ride in his car.  Police say the woman accepted his offer and that Gonzales sexually assaulted her and threatened her shortly after she got in.  He's facing charges of first-degree rape and kidnapping.
