(Beaverton, OR)  --  Police say no one was injured when an intoxicated driver sideswiped a deputy's patrol car during a traffic stop.  Police say the deputy had a driver pulled over near the Highway 217 exit of Highway 26 early yesterday when another car crashed into him.  The driver was cited for DUII and careless driving.  Police say the driver was impaired by both alcohol and marijuana.
