(Portland, OR)  --  A kidnapped French Bulldog puppy is safely back home after being found in southeast Portland.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office says investigators recovered the puppy from the home of 25-year-old Jamie Homsley near Southeast 155th Avenue and Division Street.  Homsley allegedly stole the puppy earlier this month in a robbery in Clark County.  Police say charges will be filed.
