Winds Leave Thousands Without Power

(Portland, OR)  --  Forecasters say the weather should be calmer today after heavy winds downed trees and power lines yesterday, leaving thousands without power.  Portland General Electric says more than four-thousand customers lost power across the county yesterday morning.  Pacific Power says more than two-thousand of its customers lost power in the northeastern part of the city.
