(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into the discovery of a man's body at Colonel Summers Park.  Portland police say officers responded to the park near Southeast Belmont Street and Southeast 20th Avenue yesterday morning on reports of an unresponsive man.  The man was declared dead at the scene.
