(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing DUI and criminal mischief charges after crashing his car into a power pole and building in southeast Portland.  Police say 40-year-old Jerome Bond crashed at Southeast 82nd Avenue and Southeast Flavel Street early yesterday morning.  Witnesses say it appeared Bond attempted to drive away from the scene, but his car was stuck on a fence.  No serious injuries were reported.
