(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man found dead at a southeast Portland park.  Police say 40-year-old Boyd Littell likely died after falling off of his bicycle.  Witnesses called 9-1-1 Tuesday morning after finding his body at Colonel Summers Park.
