(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a missing Washington state man who was last seen in Portland.  Police say Michael Furness was last seen around noon on Halloween in the 600 block of Southeast 190th Avenue.  Family members say he's diabetic and he doesn't have his medicine with him.
