(Portland, OR)  --  Portland's Legacy Emanuel Hospital is facing a nearly 300-thousand-dollar fine for violating meal and rest break policies.  The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries says the hospital has committed more than 44-hundred meal and rest period violations.  The hospital withdrew their request for a contested case hearing on the issue last month.
