(Portland, OR)  --  Police are looking for a hit and run suspect who injured a pedestrian.  Police say the suspect struck a pedestrian yesterday afternoon at Northeast 148th Avenue and Couch.  The victim suffered minor injuries.  Police say the suspect was driving a grey Toyota sedan with front end damage that's smoking and leaking fluids.
