(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is under way into the discovery of a man's body in the Willamette River.  Police officers responded to the scene near the Fremont Bridge yesterday morning after someone reported seeing the body.  An autopsy has been scheduled, and the Portland Police Bureau is conducting a death investigation.
