(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland-based company is facing a lawsuit from a Washington state family injured in an amusement ride mishap.  Shawn Swartwood and her partner Crystal Groth have filed a lawsuit against ride operator Funtastic.  The couple and their seven-year-old son were all injured when the Ferris wheel gondola they were in tipped over in Port Townsend in May, sending all three plummeting 15 feet to a metal platform below.
