Uncle Of Texas Church Shooter Speaks Out

(Kelso, WA)  --  The Pacific Northwest-based uncle of the man accused of opening fire on a church congregation in Texas is speaking out.  Dave Ivey spoke yesterday with the hosts of Northwest Digital News in Kelso, Washington.  Ivey says his nephew Devin Patrick Kelley posted on Facebook hours before Sunday's attack, saying that he wasn't thinking correctly and his head hurt.  Ivey says he responded to Kelley asking if he was OK and suggested he have a shot of whiskey and remember that life is good.  Ivey says his nephew "acted as a coward" and that he's sorry for the innocent lives lost.
