(Portland, OR)  --  The man accused of following women into elevators and threatening to sexually assault them is pleading not guilty.  Jeffrey Lane entered the plea during an arraignment hearing yesterday.  Lane is charged with kidnapping, attempted sexual assault and attempted sodomy for allegedly following two separate women inside downtown parking garages.
