(Vancouver, WA)  --  The city of Vancouver is making history with its first female mayor.  Early ballot returns show Anne McEnerny-Ogle as the winner of the mayoral race with more than two-thirds of the vote.  McEnerny-Ogle was up against write-in candidate Jonathan Sauerwein.
