(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges for allegedly stabbing two workers at a Portland non-profit.  Police arrested 22-year-old Ruben Eustaquio yesterday morning at Southwest Park Avenue and Main Street.  Police say he stabbed two men working at a non-profit for homeless youth called Outside In.  Both victims were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
