(Portland, OR)  --  A man is being held on two-million dollars bond in connection to the violent rape of a woman in southeast Portland.  KATU reports Gary Wayne Streeter-Hillerich was arrested earlier this month on several charges.  He's accused of following a woman off a TriMet bus near Grant street and violently raping her before stealing her iPhone and fleeing.  Witnesses saw the woman lying on the ground and rushed to help her before calling 9-1-1.
