Accused Murderer's Son Refuses To Testify

(Vancouver, WA)  --  The son of a man accused of murdering three people in Woodland, Washington, is expected to be back in court today after refusing to testify yesterday.  Brent Luyster's son is currently being held in contempt of court until he agrees to testify in the case.  KATU reports the boy threw back his chair and screamed at the judge before being led out of court yesterday.  The boy's mother says her son suffers from PTSD in connection to his father's alleged crime.  Luyster is accused of shooting Joseph LaMar, Zachary Thompson and Janell Knight in July of 2016.  A fourth victim survived the alleged attack with a gunshot wound to the face.
