(Portland, OR) -- Police say they've arrested a second suspect in connection to a homicide in North Plains. Police arrested 38-year-old Chad Brandon Pitcher last night in Wilsonville. Investigators believe he and 40-year-old Christopher Jay Stephens were involved in the shooting death of Michael Zven Arch in September.
