(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man shot to death near Portland State University.  Homicide investigators say 21-year-old Vancouver resident Diego Tejada-Manzo was found dead on Southwest Montgomery Street early Tuesday morning.  Investigators say he has no affiliation with the university.  Police are still searching for a suspect.
