(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is facing 45 months behind bars after her lit cigarette caused a deadly Newport motel fire.  A judge sentenced Rebecca Sinclair yesterday after she pleaded guilty to nine charges.  The blaze killed four people in the coastal community a year ago and destroyed the motel.
