(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a suspect accused of shooting two dogs in Milwaukie.  Police say the suspect shot and killed a Chihuahua on Tuesday morning as the dog played in its family's backyard.  The suspect then shot the victim's neighbor's dog.  The second dog is expected to survive.  Police believe the suspect used a pellet gun in the attacks.
