(Portland, OR)  --  The ACLU of Oregon is among several groups asking the Portland City Council to stop cooperating with an FBI enforcement group.  The group is urging the council to withdraw from the Joint Terrorism Task Force.  It claims the task force wrongly uses local officers for surveillance and police operations in violation of state laws.  The council voted two years ago to dedicate two officers to the group.
