(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon coast is once again open to recreational and commercial mussel harvesting.  The Oregon Department of Agriculture announced yesterday the entire Oregon coastline is now open again after a nearly month-long closure due to high levels of paralytic shellfish toxins.  Samples taken yesterday show the toxin levels have dropped below the alert level.
