(Portland, OR)  --  A boil water notice is in effect for residents of a northwest Portland neighborhood.  The Tualatin Valley Water District says the notice is in effect for more than 200 homes near Northwest 119th and Northwest Kearney.  Officials say a water main break resulted in a loss of water pressure to those homes.  The district says it expects the notice to end around noon today.
