(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges for allegedly stabbing a Portland State University student in downtown Portland.  Police say the student and the suspect were arguing at the Cheerful Tortoise bar last night when the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the student.  He suffered minor injuries and is expected to recover.  Police tracked down and arrested the suspect shortly after the incident.
