(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland-based architecture firm is revealing its proposal to build the tallest building in the Pacific Northwest.  William/Kaven and Kaven + Company has released an image of their proposed skyscraper to house the U.S. Postal Service headquarters in Portland.  The proposed two-tower structure would rise up to 970 feet tall.
