(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon's employment numbers are looking strong again after two down months.  The Oregon Employment Department reported yesterday that the state added eleven-thousand-600 net jobs last month.  That's the biggest monthly leap since February.  Also, September's job losses were about a third of what was expected.
