(Portland, OR)  --  The tallest building in Portland is under new ownership.  Wells Fargo has sold its 40-story skyscraper at 13-hundred Southwest Fifth Avenue to an affiliate of the global private investment firm Starwood Capital Group.  Wells Fargo will continue to lease space in the building and the tower will keep its current name.
