(Portland, OR) -- City officials are seeking public comment on upcoming improvements to Washington Park. The 46-million-dollar project is expected to take more than 15 years to complete. Planners want to create hubs at the park's popular Hoyt Arboretum, International Rose Text Garden and the Portland Japanese Garden. Planners are also considering a new entryway from the Oregon Zoo Max stop. Residents can chime in with their opinions via an online survey through the end of the month.
