(Portland, OR)  --  The Liquor Control Commission is suspending a Clackamas marijuana processor.  The move comes after Richard Wilkinson was reportedly pulled over in Nebraska for a traffic stop.  Officers say they found 25 pounds of cannabis extract in the vehicle.  OLCC officials say Wilkinson's Rich Extracts had been under investigation even before the recent trouble with the law.
