(Portland, OR)  --  Warm weather expected across the Western U.S. could cook temperature records in Oregon on Thanksgiving.  Forecasters say temperatures this week will be ten to 20 degrees warmer than average.  Warm weather is on the holiday menu in Washington, Oregon and California, along with several other states.
