(Portland, OR)  --  A former pastor is facing charges for allegedly sexually abusing an underage girl.  Police say former First Baptist Church pastor Lee Philip Wiegand in Canby has been arrested on nine counts of second-degree sexual abuse.  The alleged abuse is said to have occurred over the course of a year between 2011 and 2012.
