(McMinnville, OR)  --  A 71-year-old woman is dead following a house fire in McMinnville.  Firefighters responded to the home near Northeast McDonald Lane and 19th Street Saturday on reports of a fire and found the woman dead inside.  An investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing.
